A five-day trip in Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument is a true Wilderness experience. This is the ideal trip-length for backpackers interested in more challenging off-trail routes. Our custom routes travel overland, across the river, through riparian corridors, and across colorful slick rock for a memorable Glen Canyon Backcountry Club experience. We will schedule a pre-trip call to tailor a route to fit your fitness, experience, and personal goals with current conditions.
Our private trips include:
Small group size (maximum 8 participants)
2 guides per trip
Breakfasts and dinners provided; pack your own lunches and snacks
Team cooking gear, water purification, and first aid kit are provided
Satellite messenger available for emergency communication
Human waste bags are provided where required
Clients receive a detailed trip preparation and gear list upon reservation
